SISTEMOVA LLC IS A PROFESSIONAL 3D VISUALIZATION AND ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN STUDIO. WE ARE NOT A CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTOR, ARCHITECT OF RECORD, OR GOVERNMENT PERMITTING AUTHORITY.
OUR RENDERS, ANIMATIONS, AND 3D MODELS ARE CREATED FOR CONCEPTUAL, MARKETING, AND PRESENTATION PURPOSES ONLY. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE BUILDING CODE COMPLIANCE, NOR DO WE ASSUME LIABILITY FOR THE PHYSICAL INTEGRITY OF ANY CONSTRUCTED ASSET BASED ON OUR VISUALS.
Sistemova provides digital creation services including Exterior/Interior 3D Rendering, Architectural Animation, and Virtual Tours.
- Artistic Interpretation: While we strive for accuracy based on provided CAD/BIM files, visualization involves artistic interpretation. Minor deviations from exact physical properties may occur to enhance visual appeal.
- Revisions: Revisions requested after final high-resolution rendering, or those deviating from the original design brief, will be billed as additional work.
- Client Ownership: Upon full and final payment, the final exported media files (JPG, PNG, MP4) become the property of the Client for commercial use.
- Sistemova Retained Rights: Source files (.max, .blend, .skp), custom 3D assets, and algorithmic workflows remain the sole intellectual property of Sistemova LLC.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SISTEMOVA LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR CONSTRUCTION DELAYS.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS STRICTLY LIMITED TO THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY THE CLIENT FOR THE SPECIFIC PROJECT IN QUESTION.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and each party irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
