APPLICABILITY: ALL VISUALIZATION & DESIGN AGREEMENTS
Core Definition: Sistemova LLC acts exclusively as a Professional 3D Visualization and Architectural Design Consultancy. We provide high-end visual representations, aesthetic conceptualization, and digital marketing assets. We do not act as the Architect of Record, Structural Engineer, or General Contractor.
1. Included Services (The Deliverables)
The following services constitute the core offering of Sistemova LLC. These are performed using industry-leading 3D software and rendering engines to create aesthetic and spatial representations:
- Exterior 3D Visualization: Photorealistic rendering of building facades, landscaping, and environmental integration based on provided architectural plans.
- Interior Design & Rendering: Conceptualization and high-resolution visualization of interior spaces, including furniture layout, material selection, and lighting design.
- Architectural Animation: Production of cinematic walkthroughs and fly-through videos (e.g., MP4/MOV formats) showcasing the project dynamically.
- 360° VR Panoramas: Creation of interactive virtual tour nodes for digital platforms and VR headsets.
- Product 3D Modeling: Studio-lit digital modeling and rendering of specific furniture, fixtures, or industrial products.
- 3D Floor Plans: Isometric, textured, and furnished floor plan representations for real estate marketing.
2. Excluded Services (Limitations)
To maintain clarity and liability protection, the following services are explicitly EXCLUDED from our scope unless a separate, highly specialized contract is signed alongside authorized engineering partners:
- Construction Execution: We do not manage construction crews, procure physical building materials, or oversee on-site implementation. We are a digital studio, not contractors.
- Structural Engineering: We do not calculate load-bearing capacities, seismic resistance, or material structural integrity. Our models are for visual purposes, not structural validation.
- Permitting & Legal Approvals: We do not apply for building permits or municipal licenses. Our renders are marketing and conceptual documents, not legal architectural blueprints for city halls.
- MEP & HVAC Design: We model lighting fixtures and vents for visual realism, but we do not design electrical wiring, ductwork, or plumbing systems.
3. Client Responsibilities
The aesthetic accuracy and timely delivery of our visual assets are highly dependent on the quality of data provided by the client. The Client is responsible for:
- Accurate Base Files: Providing up-to-date Architectural Drawings (DWG, PDF) or initial 3D CAD Models (SKP, RVT) prior to the modeling phase.
- Clear Design Briefs: Supplying mood boards, material reference images, or specific design guidelines before the texturing phase begins.
- Timely Feedback: Reviewing and approving the "Draft Renders" within the agreed-upon timeframe. Revisions requested after the final high-resolution rendering phase may incur additional charges.
- Construction Fidelity: Sistemova LLC is not liable if the final physical construction deviates from our visual renders. Our work represents the intended design, not the final built reality.
4. Format of Deliverables
Our final output consists of digital media files. Standard deliverables include:
- High-Resolution Images: JPEG, PNG, or TIFF files (typically 4K resolution unless specified otherwise).
- Video Files: MP4 or MOV format for architectural animations (typically 1080p or 4K, 30fps/60fps).
- Interactive Links: Web links or compiled HTML/Executable files for 360° Virtual Tours.
- Note: Source project files (e.g., raw .max, .blend, .skp files) are the intellectual property of Sistemova LLC and are not delivered to the client unless explicitly purchased under a "Source File Handover" agreement.
